Jaclyn wrote the book “Yes Means Yes: Visions of Female Sexual Power and a World Without Rape” as well as other books about women and positive sexuality. Her podcast, Unscrewed, was named one of the best sex podcasts by Marie Claire and Esquire. She is also an open bisexual and involved in Jewish activism.
Her latest work, a book of essays called “Believe Me” asks the question of what would happen if we not only listened to women when they disclosed sexual violence but also did something about it will be out the end of January. This year, the beautiful voices of the Detroit Women’s Chorus will be filling the ballroom with songs throughout the rally.
Their mission is to create a safe space for all women to express themselves through the choral arts and connect with each other in a way that builds friendship, understanding, and connection within the group and within Metro Detroit.
