Thanks to all the CEW Scholarship recipients and friends who attended Tuesday night’s first annual CEW Scholar Community (CEWSC) Summer Soirée. The dozens of current and former CEW Scholars in attendance enjoyed an evening of food, speed connecting, lively conversation, and an introduction to the new CEWSC Online Community.

Although diverse in their academic pursuits, CEW Scholars find common ground in the collective experiences of being nontraditional students, and in the positive impact they want to make on their lives and in the world. Many of the attendees were new 2015-16 CEW Scholarship and Fellowship recipients. We congratulate them on their awards and look forward to the continued engagement of new and former CEW Scholars.
