For those expecting to retire in the near future, this six-session group on preparing for a satisfying retirement will combine exploration of retirement topics with supportive discussion. The focus of this group will be considering how you will spend time, energy, and resources in retirement (It will not cover financial planning). The series will cover topics and questions such as: How will I define myself? Do retirees have social lives? Should I try something new? Share my wisdom? Life without an alarm clock. Revisiting life priorities.
