This episode of Strength in the Midst of Change features Elizabeth Storey, 2020 CEW+ Scholar receiving the Lucile B. Conger Alumnae Group Scholarship, and undergraduate student in Sociology with Social Work Sub Major. Elizabeth shares her insights about her journey through overcoming her fears in order to go after her educational dreams. She also explains how vital connection is to our well-being and how self-care is actually a very unselfish act.
