CEW+ News: Spring 2022

Dear CEW+ Friends,

The latest edition of our biannual news magazine is now available to read online or by downloading and printing in PDF format. When you read the PDF version of the magazine on your tablet or computer, take note of the fact that it is interactive; feel free to click on bolded words, images, graphics, and ads to read and learn more.

In this issue, you will read about trailblazers in our CEW+ community who are advocating for change at an institutional and systemic level, including philanthropist Twink Frey, Visiting Social Activist Theresa Anderson, and many 2021 CEW+ Scholars and Fellows who are breaking barriers and advancing their fields. We know you will enjoy getting to know them, and hope you will find inspiration in their powerful work.

At CEW+, we have always understood that supporting individuals and leading institutional change go hand in hand. We are also excited to share updates on our annual Advocacy Symposium and our counseling and emergency funding programs, which are a testament to the possibilities that open up when we empower individuals to use their voices.

As part of our CEW+ community, you make this work possible. Thank you for your partnership, support, and your collective efforts to make a better future for all. We are excited to welcome you back to the Center—our doors are now open with in-person events and counseling and we will continue to offer virtual options, including our regular mindfulness sessions. We hope to be in community with you soon!

In partnership,
