Cultivating a present moment awareness is a skill that can be learned through practice. Join us to learn what mindfulness meditation is, formal and informal methods, and participate in several short guided meditations and a self-directed practice in a supportive environment.
Come to the session with a curious mind, dress comfortably, and be prepared to welcome a time of being, and not doing. Questions are encouraged.
