Virtual
Registration for this event is now at capacity and has closed.
Every day, whether big or small, hard or easy, you make decisions; from the kind of breakfast you will eat to changing jobs or choosing a major. These choices, although a part of life, can be stressful. This three-part interactive workshop series was created to dedicate a space for you to hit ‘pause’, reflect, and find your center. You will leave the series equipped with tools and resources to help manage stress, gain clarity and stay grounded while navigating the many decisions of life.
Please Note: As the session content will build over the span of the series, attending all sessions in the order presented is strongly recommended. Use of microphone and video during sessions will be encouraged. Sessions will not be recorded.
Registration closes for all sessions at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 29.
