Weekly Virtual Mindfulness Sits Summer Pause & Recorded Practice

The CEW+ Inspire Mindfulness virtual practice is entering a summer pause for July and early August. During this break, we are releasing new recorded sessions to support our mindfulness community members in maintaining their practice.

Please enjoy these guided meditations on the ocean mind and focus on breath, and visit the mindfulness page of our website to access recorded sessions, old and new.

The live practice via Zoom will return the week of August 14th.
